Lead Carpenter
Job Description: Our Company is seeking a skilled and versatile Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of most construction practices and standards and be proficient in using most tools safely and efficiently to perform their specific tasks.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members on material take offs and estimate labor to gain a full understanding of the project scope
Execute construction tasks ranging from rough carpentry to finish carpentry
Complete minor trade tasks, including exterior carpentry (such as siding, fences, and decks), concrete work, demolition, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and more
Utilize versatility to understand all aspects and phases of a project
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter
Solid knowledge of construction practices and standards
Proficient in using most tools safely and efficiently
Ability to read plans and follow technical specifications
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
Own reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.

Proficient in using most tools safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
